About Crown

A small catalog, chosen the hard way

Crown is a curated catalog of high-end chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts, and sconces. We don't carry everything. We carry the pieces we'd be willing to install in our own homes — and that means a smaller list, vetted for craftsmanship, scale, and the way they actually live in a room.

Founded by an architect

Crown was started by Allan Wich, who has spent more than forty years in architecture, construction, and real-estate development — single-family homes, hotels, hospitals, medical office buildings. Lighting was the part of every project he came back to. It's the thing that decides whether a room reads as finished.

We carry that point of view into the catalog. Specs first. Scale before sparkle. The fixture has to do something for the room, not just sit in it.

What we do

• Selection. Pieces are chosen for material honesty, scale, and the quality of the light they actually cast. Not every authorized SKU makes the list.
• Sourcing. We work directly with authorized makers — Bethel International is the cornerstone — and ship from a US warehouse.
• Delivery. Free shipping on every order. Small parcel via UPS or FedEx; freight by LTL when the piece warrants it.
• Aftercare. A maintenance protocol library at /care covers the practical decisions: cleaning rhythms, replacement parts, and the troubleshooting log we use when things go sideways in the field.

A note on what we don't do

We don't run flash sales. We don't auction. We don't carry pieces we wouldn't be willing to spec into a project. If you don't see what you're looking for and think we should, tell us — we'll either find it or explain why we won't.
