Six-month price match

The promise

If you find a lower advertised price on the same item within six months of your Crown purchase, we refund the difference. The match applies to lower prices on our own site as well as eligible competitor sites.

How to claim

Email sales@crownchandelier.com with subject `Price match request`. Include:

• Your order number.
• The product URL on Crown.
• The competitor's product URL.
• The advertised total (item price + shipping, excluding sales tax).
• Your contact email.

We'll verify and refund the difference to the original payment method, typically within a few business days.

What qualifies

• You must have already purchased the item from Crown.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website at the time you submit the claim.
• The competitor must be an online store — not a physical-retail location.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand.
• The match covers item price plus shipping. Sales tax is excluded.

What doesn't qualify

• Rebates, coupons, and buy-one-get-one promotions.
• Auction sites and discounter marketplaces (examples: eBay, Overstock).
• Sales restricted to specific membership tiers or invitation-only events.
• Unauthorized resellers.
