What to write about

Selection. If you have a room and a budget and you're not sure which piece fits, send dimensions (length × width × ceiling) and a photo if you can. We'll narrow the catalog for you in a day.

Order updates. Order number plus the question. We can pull tracking, confirm shipping mode, and re-send confirmations.

Damage claims. Subject line: Damaged Order. Include the order number, signature receipt (a photo of the carrier paperwork showing any notation), packaging before opening when visible, the damaged piece, and a short description. Price match. Subject line: Price match request. Include the order number, the competitor's URL with the lower price, and the advertised total (item + shipping, excluding sales tax). See the price-match policy for terms.
