By visiting or buying from this site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Online store terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province and that you will not use Crown products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your order may be processed over an unencrypted channel between intermediate networks only as necessary for delivery (carrier integrations, etc.). Payment information is always transmitted encrypted via Stripe.

Accuracy of information

We make best efforts to keep product descriptions, dimensions, weights, and finishes accurate. The information on the site is for general guidance and is not the sole basis for design decisions — we recommend confirming critical dimensions with our team before installation work begins.

Modifications to service and prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Products and services

Products may be available only online. Availability is limited and may change. Where colors or finishes are shown, the rendered image is the most accurate representation we can produce, but actual finishes may vary slightly depending on the monitor.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by geography, and discontinue any product at any time.

Billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to update your account so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, or transit times.
