Shipping & returns
Order confirmation
A confirmation email is sent immediately after an order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check the address on file and your spam folder before writing in.
Payment
Stripe card checkout is the standard path. Manual checkout / manual quote remains a permanent option — choose manual at checkout and we'll follow up with shipping and a payment link or invoice. Custom and made-to-order pieces are typically handled as quoted orders.
Lead times
In-stock pieces ship within 7 business days of order placement.
- Small parcel (UPS / FedEx): 5–10 business days in transit after ship date.
- LTL freight (large or heavy pieces): 2–4 weeks in transit after ship date.
- Made-to-order: typically 8–16 weeks total. The specific lead time is confirmed at checkout.
Free shipping
Free shipping applies to every order. Pieces ship via small parcel (UPS / FedEx) or LTL freight depending on size and weight. White-glove and in-home delivery are not currently offered.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of the piece leaving our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within six business days of order placement, email sales@crownchandelier.com.
Multi-box deliveries
Most chandeliers ship small parcel and may arrive in multiple boxes across the same day or a few days. Check the packing slip before assuming a delivery is incomplete.
Damage claims
- Inspect packaging on arrival. Note visible damage on the carrier's paperwork at signature.
- Photograph: signature receipt, packaging before opening when visible, the damaged item, and a close-up of the damage.
- Email sales@crownchandelier.com with subject `Damaged Order` within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, photos, and a short description.
- We coordinate with the carrier and the manufacturer on resolution: replacement parts, replacement fixture, or refund per the situation.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing sales@crownchandelier.com with the order number. After that the order may already be in motion. Made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable from the time of order confirmation.
Returns
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: as-new, unopened, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Restocking fee: 20% of the item price (waived for defective or damaged items).
- Return shipping: buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are non-refundable or deducted from the refund.
Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except under the manufacturer warranty for quality or damage issues.
Refunds
Refunds return to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Processing time is up to 15 business days from receipt at our warehouse.
Made-to-order and custom
Made-to-order pieces are produced after the order is placed and are non-cancellable and non-refundable other than for manufacturer warranty issues. Lead times typically run 8–16 weeks and are confirmed at checkout.
