Orders and payment
When am I charged?
You are not charged at checkout. When you place an order we review it, confirm availability and shipping, then email you a secure invoice or payment link. Your card is charged only once you approve that invoice — never automatically at order placement.
How do I pay?
Every order is currently handled personally — there is no automated card checkout yet. Place your order on the site (no card needed at that step) and we'll follow up by email to confirm the details and send a secure invoice or payment link. This keeps every order reviewed by a person before anything is charged.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placement — email sales@crownchandelier.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order may already be in motion. Made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable; see shipping & returns.
Shipping and delivery
How soon will it ship?
In-stock pieces usually ship within 7 business days of order. Small-parcel pieces ship via UPS or FedEx and typically take 5–10 business days in transit. LTL freight (large/heavy pieces) ships within 7 business days and takes 2–4 weeks in transit.
How do I get tracking?
Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of the piece leaving the warehouse. If you don't see tracking within six business days of order placement, write to sales@crownchandelier.com.
Will my chandelier arrive in one box?
Most chandeliers ship small-parcel and may arrive in multiple boxes over the same day or a few days. Check the packing list before assuming a delivery is incomplete.
Do you offer white-glove or in-home delivery?
Not at this time. Every piece ships via small parcel (UPS / FedEx) or LTL freight only. We are looking at premium-delivery partners for the future, but we won't advertise a service we can't fulfill.
Returns and damage
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the packaging on arrival. Note any damage on the carrier paperwork at signature. Within 48 hours of delivery, email photos of paperwork and damage to packaging and product to sales@crownchandelier.com with subject Damaged Order — provide photos of packaging before opening when visible, the damaged product, and a short description.
What's the return policy?
30 days from delivery. Item must be unopened, in original packaging, in as-new condition, with proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds return to the original payment method after inspection — up to 15 business days from receipt of return.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
No. Made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable and non-refundable, returnable only for quality or damage issues under the manufacturer warranty.
Product and installation
What size chandelier do I need?
The Crown Formula: D = L + W, where D is chandelier diameter in inches and L and W are room length and width in feet. A 12 × 14 ft room suggests a 26-inch diameter fixture. Full guidance, including dining-table placement, ceiling-height ratios, and walkway clearance, lives at the sizing guide.
Are these UL/ETL listed?
Yes — every fixture in the catalog carries the safety listings required for its installation environment. Specific certifications appear on each product page.
Are bulbs included?
Integrated-LED fixtures include the light source. Pieces that take replaceable bulbs do not include them by default — the bulb type and wattage are listed on each product page. Due to the plethora of available bulbs and the ambiance that can be created by them, most of our lighting fixtures are shipped without bulbs, allowing the fixture owner to select the bulb type and effect that best suits their desired needs.
Do you offer custom finishes?
Selectively. Some of our makers offer custom finishes on specific lines. Lead times for made-to-order pieces are typically 8–16 weeks. Ask before ordering — sales@crownchandelier.com.
Trade, bulk, and custom
Do you work with designers and contractors?
Yes. Trade accounts get pricing, project hold lists, and direct-quote support. Start at the Trade desk.
Bulk pricing for multi-unit projects?
Yes — large residential developments, multi-family residences, and design-build projects qualify. Note: every fixture in the catalog is rated for residential use only — installation in a commercial setting voids the manufacturer warranty. Send the SKU list, quantities, and project type to sales@crownchandelier.com.
