- Trade pricing on approved fixtures is based upon annual purchasing volume. Additional project discounts may be available for large residential, commercial or hospitality projects; yes, some of our chandeliers are available for commercial applications. Our advertised pricing on products are consistent with market pricing across all authorized dealers.
- Custom Products: depending on the product we can offer: Custom sizes, finishes, hanging heights, material modifications, large project customization. (most customizations require factory approval and additional lead time.)
- Project Support: we can assist with fixture selection, budget alternatives, quantity quotations, custom engineering, technical issues, hospitality and large residential projects.
- Shipping: Depending upon the account and order requirements, we can support: wholesale shipping, direct shipment to commercial projects, drop shipment to end customers where applicable. Shipping arrangements can be discussed based upon each order.
- Commercial applications: Many of our products are suitable for residential, condominium, and commercial applications. It is up to the customer to verify that each selected fixture meets their local electrical code requirements and project specifications before installation. Check each product spec's for their specific (UL, ETL, CSA/cUL certifications.)
